we loved the hotel's location, right in between times square and 5th ave on 46th street. lots of places of interest within walking distance and a subway station or bus stop is never far away. the personnel is helpful and the coffee from the lobby machine was a nice touch.
There was nothing i didnt like! 😊

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, complimentary breakfast and fast wifi, helpful and efficient breakfast staff.
Felt like kicking back at home, no complaints.

The Hotel at Times Square offered a great location, just steps away from all the major sights in NYC. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even held our luggage for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and happy hour after a long day of sightseeing. it was a wonderful experience.
Elevator control on the 14th floor was slightly inconvenient.
